We value service to others – it’s one reason we encourage every teammate across the country to become involved in-service projects and activities that matter most to them through our philanthropic program, Aimco Cares. Our culture of service includes offering teammates 15 hours of paid time annually to volunteer in local communities. As Aimco Cares celebrates its 15th year, we recognize the responsibility our business has and continue to partner with a wide range of stakeholders, elected officials, neighbors, and industry partners to create positive outcomes and lead by example.
