Aimco established the Aimco Cares program over 15 years ago to serve our teams, their families, and our local communities. The cornerstone of Aimco Cares is our Give with Gusto program: each Aimco teammate receives 15 hours of paid time off to volunteer in the communities where they live and work, and where Aimco does business. For each hour that a team member spends volunteering, Aimco matches their time with a financial donation to the nonprofit of their choosing.  

We have a strong track record of community service and believe we are in the business of building community—a responsibility we don’t take lightly.
